I bet Washington didn’t use words like this when talking to his troops, Private Ward thought, listening while the sergeant hurled obscenities at the men of C Company. Then again, his men won their battle.

I know I still need a lot to learn. First, English is not my primary language. Secondly, I was brainwashed by my studies in Medicine that a straight forward and dull sentences would make good conversational skills. hehehe
